Yolanda (Caccavale) Monteforte died June 21, 2017. She was 93. Yolanda was born September 28, 1923 in Bronx, New York to Angelo and Antoinette (nee Sclafani) Caccavale. Yolanda was a retired telephone operator for Verizon. Yolanda was the matriarch of her family with a passion for cooking and family tradition. She was an avid New York sports fan rooting for her Giants, Rangers and her beloved Yankees.
She was predeceased by her husband Thomas. She is survived by her son Daniel of West Harrison, NY, daughters, Deborah of Belle Mead, NJ and Carmela (Stan) Laber of Rye, NY, grandchildren, Julia, Bernadette and Chelsea.
